Peporia is an independent brand and is not affiliated with or connected to Vorwerk. Any references to food processor brands or models (e.g., Bimby / Thermomix) are used solely to indicate product compatibility.

1. Subject

These conditions define the terms of sale for products available on the Website, including kitchen tools and accessories, as well as digital products.

2. Products

Products are accurately described within their respective product sheets.

Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

Product availability is subject to change. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:

unavailability
pricing errors
suspected fraudulent activity

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and may be changed at any time.

Payment is required at the time of order and can be made using the methods available on the Website (e.g., card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

In case of payment refusal by the banking institution, the order will be automatically cancelled.

4. Delivery

5. Transfer of Ownership and Risk

In case of visible damage or missing products, it is advisable to report it immediately to the courier and contact us within 3 days at info@peporia.it.

7. Warranties

Products are covered by legal warranties provided by European regulations.

The warranty covers any conformity defects or hidden flaws.

Not covered are:

damage caused by improper use
products modified or used incorrectly

8. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without obligation to provide a reason.

The product must be returned:

intact
unused
in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

9. Exclusions and Digital Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

digital products (such as ebooks or downloadable content), once the purchase is completed
customized products
products used, damaged, or not returned in their original packaging

👉 In particular, for digital products, no refund is provided after purchase, as the content is supplied immediately.

10. Refund

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return, after verifying the product's condition.
