No, Peporia is an independent store.
Some products are compatible with Bimby (TM7, TM6, TM5, TM31), but we are not affiliated with Vorwerk.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times are generally 5–10 business days.
They may vary slightly depending on the destination.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping information.

Can I make a return?

Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

• digital products (ebooks)

• used or damaged products

Can I request a refund for an ebook?

No. Digital products are sent via email immediately after purchase, so no refunds are provided.

How do ebooks work?

After purchase, you will receive the file directly via email.
The recipes are compatible with Cookidoo and designed to be simple and quick to prepare.

Are the products tested?

We select practical and useful products for daily kitchen use, with a particular focus on simplicity and functionality.

Do you only ship to Italy?

Yes, currently we only ship to Italy.
