Risotto-style pasta with zucchini and pancetta, made with Thermomix
incredibly creamy… and made entirely in the Thermomix
Ingredients (2-3 servings)
• 200 g pasta
• 2 courgettes
• 80 g pancetta
• 30 g extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 onion
• 450 g water
• 1/2 stock cube or salt
• 30 g Parmesan cheese
• pepper
Method
1️⃣ Onion + oil → 5 sec speed 5, then 3 min 120° speed 1
2️⃣ Add pancetta → 4 min 120° reverse speed 1
3️⃣ Courgettes → 5 min 100° reverse speed 1
4️⃣ Water + stock cube + pasta → pasta cooking time 100° reverse speed 1
5️⃣ Parmesan + pepper → 20 sec reverse speed 2
