Easy and gooey cordon bleu with Thermomix

Stop buying cordon bleu… these homemade ones are completely different

Crispy on the outside, super gooey on the inside
and with the Thermomix, you can make them in no time

QUICK RECIPE

Ingredients:
50 g Parmesan
600 g chicken
1 pinch of salt (in the chicken)
Cooked ham
Sandwich cheese or pizza mozzarella
3 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Frying oil

Method:
1️⃣ Parmesan → 10 sec speed 10
2️⃣ Chicken + salt → 20 sec speed 10
3️⃣ Form 8 thin disks
4️⃣ Fill (ham + cheese) and close
5️⃣ Eggs → breadcrumbs
6️⃣ Fry until golden
7️⃣ Drain, salt and serve 🔥
